Who I am and what makes me tick.
What prompted you to start a career in marketing contract compliance?
Following several years of external audit experience spanning a wide range of industries, I wanted a new challenge, in an industry that captured my interest.
Media and advertising touch our everyday lives through our phones, TVs and even when we decide to “touch grass” outdoors, so the opportunity to gain intimate insights into this world was an exciting one.
How has your previous experience helped you at Financial Progression?
After working for EY and BDO, two of the Big Four and Top Ten accounting firms, I developed a wide-ranging skillset from data analysis, project management and strong relationship building skills – these have proved to be pivotal within my day-to-day work here at Financial Progression.
Which part of your work gives you the greatest sense of achievement?
Working with the fantastic team here at Financial Progression on projects, towards our shared goal of collaboratively delivering high-quality, value-added services to clients.
How would people describe you?
Those closest to me describe me as caring, empathetic and hardworking – doing the best that I can for the people around me.
What motivates you to do what you do?
I enjoy the collaborative environment, working towards a shared goal and looking back at the results, be it high quality work for clients or just the experiences encountered along the way!
What can you be found doing when you’re not at work?
I spend as much time as I can with family and friends – you never know how long you have people for, so I try to make the most if it!
