Who I am and what makes me tick.
What prompted you to start a career in marketing contract compliance?
My career has spanned marketing, banking, external audit and internal audit, giving me experience across a range of industries. Over the past five years, I have specialised in the media and advertising sector, where I developed a strong interest in contract compliance, risk assessment and commercial transparency.
How has your previous experience helped you at Financial Progression?
My background in audit and investigations has provided me with strong analytical, risk assessment and stakeholder management skills. Working on global projects has also helped me develop a practical, commercial approach to delivering value for clients.
Which part of your work gives you the greatest sense of achievement?
I enjoy helping clients gain confidence that their investments are being managed appropriately and transparently. Turning complex information into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making is particularly rewarding.
How would people describe you?
I would hope people see me as approachable, analytical and reliable. I enjoy solving problems, understanding how things work and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
What motivates you to do what you do?
I am motivated by continuous learning and development. Contract compliance provides the opportunity to work across a variety of clients, markets and commercial arrangements, which means there is always something new to learn.
I am also motivated by making a meaningful contribution, whether through helping clients improve processes, manage risk or gain greater visibility over their operations and investments
What can you be found doing when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
