Who I am and what makes me tick.
What prompted you to start a career in marketing contract compliance?
I was keen to continue my career in a specialised market, and I was keen to learn about all of the specific quirks of the media and advertising world, whilst also feeling like the work that I do adds value to the clients that we service.
How has your previous experience helped you at Financial Progression?
I have a broad experience in both external and internal audit, across a range of sectors both in the detail and at a higher risk level. This allows me to perform precise audit work whilst also being able to step back and see the bigger picture to identify key risks.
Which part of your work gives you the greatest sense of achievement?
I like to feel like I’m making a difference, so adding value to clients through providing an outstanding customer experience is hugely important to me.
How would people describe you?
People would describe me as friendly, confident and compassionate. I always want to do the right thing, in a calm and organised manner.
What motivates you to do what you do?
I like things to be right – I’m a real perfectionist by nature and my role allows me to ensure a fair and accurate outcome for both agencies and clients.
What can you be found doing when you’re not at work?
I am a huge music fan — so you’ll likely find me at a gig or festival (or going on and on about Glastonbury!) when I have time! I live with my fiancé, my daughter and our cockapoo Luna so we spend lots of time on dog walks and at the park! If I get a bit of time to myself, I enjoy reformer pilates, knitting and reading a good book.
