In the continuously changing landscape of media and advertising, transparency and accountability continue to figure highly on the agenda. Now, we’ve become a partner of the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) to extend our knowledge and insights to its membership.
ISBA is a leading trade body for UK marketers and includes over 3,000 advertising brands, all of whom have signed up to the organisation’s championing of a transparent, responsible and accountable advertising environment. A key aim of the new partnership between ISBA and Financial Progression is to make our global marketing services auditing experience, strategic insights and constructive approach more easily accessible to ISBA’s members.
ISBA gives its membership the single voice they need on key issues affecting the industry. These include advice on media agency contracts and promoting the wider adoption of ISBA’s contract frameworks, as well as championing closer client-agency alignment based on sustainable commercial arrangements and propagating best practice. The end game is to foster standards and practices that can be trusted by the public, advertisers and legislators.
Says Adrian Jenkins, founder and Director of Financial Progression: “This new partnership agreement with ISBA means that we can provide thought-leadership to the organisation as well as specialised guidance to its members. Our 10 years helping local, regional and global brands with financial audits of their creative, media and BTL agencies enables us to play a key role in supporting ISBA’s members in their marketing governance and accountability objectives.”
Andrew Lowdon, ISBA’s Agency Services Director commented: “The importance of financial audits should not be overlooked and having a partner of Financial Progression’s experience in this area provides further evidence of ISBA’s support to its membership and the development of sustainable relationships.”
